ERE Property conducts detailed due diligence on behalf of our buyers so we would expect a summary of previous successful developments, company financial information, land/building ownership documentation, planning documentation and funding agreements.
ERE Property would ideally like to see CGIs of the proposed development with detailed floor plans. If, however, it is at an early stage of planning then we can help at this stage. Developers are often able to supply photographs and brochures of their property but if not we can certainly help with this.
No. ERE Property charges a fee based on the successful sale of the units or building. This fee covers all the sales and marketing expenses of the developer.

We use a panel of different legal firms and where possible recommend that all of our buyers use one firm to cut down administration for the developer and their own legal team.
