ERE worked with an experienced Manchester Developer who was converting the original Grade 2 listed Dock Office on Salford Quays which was constructed in 1927 and is the only original building still standing. ERE successfully sold 50 units with two bedroom apartments typically averaging a sales price of £190,000. These would currently be valued at circa £250,000 showing a capital growth of 32%.
